Booking and Arrival
All services require a credit card, gift certificate, or voucher to guarantee a reservation so, please have your credit card/gift certificate/ voucher ready at the time of booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show with less than 24 hours’ notice. Upon checkout in our spa, guests may choose their method of payment. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as not to interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. The full price of scheduled service(s) will apply. Clients under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
Cancellation and Fees
Your electrolysis/spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the full-service price. Future cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the full-service price. Clients who miss their appointment(s) without any prior notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Missed consultation appointments without prior notification will be charged a $25 fee. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. Comfort+ Electrolysis treatments are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy. If canceled or rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be used toward any treatments. This policy applies regardless of COVID diagnosis.
Large Volume Electrolysis treatments are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy. If canceled or rescheduled with less than 14 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be used toward any treatments. This policy applies regardless of COVID diagnosis.
Pricing, Services, and Payment Methods
Prices and service availability are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to inform our clients of any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Sorry, no checks. You may opt to leave gratuity via card or cash. Payment is required in full at the time of service. When paying by cash, exact change is appreciated.
Returns and Refunds
All service, package, and product, and other sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product you purchase is defective (i.e., broken pump, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Large Volume Electrolysis Cancellation
Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled appointment. This applies regardless of COVID diagnosis.
Large Volume Electrolysis Payment Methods
For Large Volume Electrolysis deposits, we accept payment via Zelle or major credit/debit card (online invoice). For remaining balances due on the date of service, we accept Zelle, major credit/debit cards, cash, or cashier’s checks. Sorry, no personal checks. A 3.5% convenience fee is added to all credit or debit card transactions. Payment is required before the service begins. Some banks place daily limits on Zelle or credit/debit card transactions. Please contact your bank before your appointment to determine their policies and make the necessary arrangements.
