We begin with a consultation to determine your unique needs based on your skin and hair type. We will also brief you on our preparatory guide, which includes drinking plenty of water and avoiding caffeine and alcohol for 72 hours before the treatment.
The procedure itself is preceded by our comfort protocol. Your technician will apply numbing cream 15 to 30 minutes before numbing injections and IV sedation are administered. This will allow you to relax and remain at ease throughout.
Your electrologist (or electrologists) will then insert a small probe into each hair follicle to damage it with alternating electrical currents to heat and destroy the follicle base.
